g.      customer number, order number, quotation number, and invoice number (sole proprietorships and general partnerships);

h.     other personal data you have provided to us.

 

How do we obtain your personal data?

We obtain the above-mentioned personal data from you:

-        when you place an order;

-        when you contact us or subscribe to our newsletter;

-        via public registers, including the Chamber of Commerce, and other public sources;

-        or if you provide your data to us in any other way.

 

3.     Purposes

We process your personal data for the following purposes

We only process your personal data if we are allowed to do so by law and for the purposes set out below.

 

Products 

When you order products from our web shop (whether these are free or paid for), we process the personal data that are necessary to be able to perform our agreement. For instance, we process your name, address and email address in order to send you the product you have ordered as well as, in due course, any additional content, bonus templates and extensions. These personal data are deleted at most [X] after you placed the order.

 

Contact form or email

You can contact us by using the contact form or by sending us an email. In that event we have a legitimate interest in processing the data we obtain from you at that point. We process the content of the email or the message we have received via the contact form and your name and email address in order to be able to respond to that message. We keep this information for a maximum of two years. 

 

Newsletter

We are happy to send you our newsletter if you have subscribed for it. To be able to send you information and news we need to process your name, address and email address. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter and we will keep your data until you unsubscribe.

 

 

Billing

If you purchase any of our products or services, we process the data necessary to perform our agreement. This includes, in any event, your name and email address as well as all other data necessary to be able to send you a correct invoice. Upon payment we will also be able to see which account was used to make the payment and who the account holder is. We keep all quotations, invoices and payment information for seven financial years. 

 

Marketing purposes

We process your name, address and email address in order to send you news related to your order. Your personal data are processed for this purpose until you opt out. 

 

4.     Transfer

Receivers of personal data

We share your data with the following parties, including our processors:

  • the provider that hosts and builds our website;

  • newsletter provider;

  • online sales services provider;

  • server manager; 

  • providers of delivery services;

  • pay services providers.

 

We have concluded processing agreements with our processors. We have imposed on our processors the obligation to respect the confidentiality of your data.

Transfer to third countries

Although we endeavour to process personal data as much as possible within the EEA, we sometimes have to use providers located outside the EEA. These providers are located in countries that the European Commission has designated as adequate countries. 

 

If they are not located in an adequate country, appropriate safeguards are taken or binding operational rules are imposed. The provider who hosts and builds our website and the newsletter provider have EU-US Privacy Shield certification.
